Return Policy

At WonderJeans, we want you to love your denim. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.
Return Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Items must be free from pet hair, lint, or any signs of wear.

Final Sale items are non-returnable and will be clearly marked at checkout.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
How to Return an Item

Request a Return Form – Email us at thewonderteam@wonderjeans.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide a Return Authorization number and instructions.

Check Your Item – Ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria above.

Ship It Back – Follow the return instructions and include your invoice or packing slip with the Return Authorization number written on it.

Quality Check & Refund – Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund if everything meets our return standards.
Return Shipping & Fees

Returns are not free at this time – A $9.95 + tax return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving your return.

Depending on your bank, it may take up to 10 additional business days to see the funds in your account.

Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at thewonderteam@wonderjeans.com, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
